6th Annual Baron Group Reds Game Delivers a Home Run Experience
Few events bring the community together like the Baron Group Reds Game. Hosted annually by Cincinnati's top real estate team, The Baron Group, this night at Great American Ball Park has evolved into a full-scale celebration of camaraderie, culture, and, of course, America's pastime.
This year's installment did not disappoint.
From First Pitch to Last Strike: The Night Unfolds
The evening launched in epic fashion, as Mitch Kenney was crowned Team Member of the Year, a recognition that set the tone for what was to come. From there, energy soared. The ceremonial first pitch was more than just a game opener; it symbolized unity and the celebration of another incredible year for the Baron Group family.
After leaving the field, the crowd funneled toward the upper decks—where the real magic awaited: an electrified gathering of friends, family, colleagues, and fans.
A Culinary Quest (Well, Almost)
Though joked about, the spirit of trying "every single food option in the ballpark" rang true as attendees navigated nachos, dogs, brats, and, yes—sauerkraut. Foodie Andre had his moment in the culinary spotlight, showcasing the best ballpark eats and leaving no mustard bottle untouched.
Meanwhile, Josh Rothstein and his daughter Emma highlighted the true heart of the event. Between ballpark slides and father-daughter bonding, the Baron Group Reds Game proved it’s as much about family as it is about baseball.
Rain or Shine: Rallying in True Baron Fashion
Just hours before first pitch, the Reds moved the game time up by 90 minutes. And yet, like the professionals they are, the Baron Group pivoted without missing a beat. Attendees showed up in force—even with an 80% chance of rain.
Umbrellas may have loomed, but spirits remained high.
Highlights from the Stands
Marley Brown stole hearts and headlines by crafting 18 handmade friendship bracelets for each Baron team member—a small gesture with big heart. Then came a nod to the legend: Pete Rose. The Baron Group team sported shirts bearing Rose’s iconic #14 in support of his reinstatement to the Hall of Fame.
Hailey described the evening as "nice and breezy, a cool wonderful day," while Emma Grace's enthusiastic "yeah!" captured the youthful joy of the event. Cheryl Ferry called it "the funnest thing I’ve ever done."
The Reds Bring the Thunder (Literally and Figuratively)
The skies darkened, elbows twitched, and storms loomed. But the real electricity came from the game itself. Fans erupted in the ninth inning as the Reds secured victory. Pagan delivered. The final strike landed. The crowd roared.
"And this one belongs to the Reds."
Legacy of the Game: Unbeaten Spirit
Levi might not have said much, but his smiles said plenty. His dad summed it up: "I had a great time." The belief among attendees is ironclad—"the Reds never lose on Baron Group Night."
Whether fact or folklore, the streak holds strong. The Baron Group brought the magic, and the Reds brought the win.
More Than a Game
The Baron Group Reds Game is more than just a night at the ballpark. It's a community cornerstone. It's high-fives and hot dogs. It’s laughter through light rain and cheering under stadium lights.
It’s where Cincinnati comes together.
As the final "Let's go!" echoed through the stands and the team signed off with a spirited "Peace out," one thing became abundantly clear:
This isn't just a game.
This is tradition.
